The Prince Group Head Office was a private sector project in a category A building in Sydney’s Circular Quay, The Gateway Building.

The works included, partitions, plasterboard ceilings, custom joinery ceilings and custom joinery, electrical and lighting, mechanical works, hydraulics, fire services, painting, carpet and resilient floor coverings, tiling, signage, workstations and loose furniture, lockers, blinds, appliances and security.

Key challenge of the project was the requirement to handover within a tight programme whilst juggling lead times due to suppliers who had staff down due to covid and Christmas closures, all lead times had to be managed with kid gloves to ensure that coordination ran smoothly and long lead time items or delays were minor.
