In November of 2021, CIP completed a 5.2 million fit out which was 4,000 sqm + over 3 levels, includes some external works, was a staged and live/occupied environment plus was handed over 9 weeks ahead of programme. The expedited programme was delivered in 4 stages. Each stage has been handed over ahead of schedule, keeping all stakeholders very happy. DoE Project Manager, Neil Grant, was ecstatic that CIP completed this project 9 weeks ahead of the proposed programme without compromising the quality of the delivery. The Architect was the project superintendent and was equally impressed with the outcome of the project. The key risk was that the site was in occupation and careful staging and care for the staff and personnel was high on the list of priorities and was handled superbly by CIP.
