Zambrero Singleton is a fast food retail Shopfront. A commercial-style food preparation area was
included in the works as well as stainless steel, partitioning according to food safety standards, tiling, drainage compliant with food handling areas, hot and cold food storage and appliances.
A discrepancy was found in the measurements of the main display unit which had been an issue on their previous projects but had not been resolved. The CIP site manager’s experience in carpentry and joinery allowed CIP to solve the issue without using an external joiner and was also noted
for future Zambrero restaurant fit-outs.
