CIP is proud to have successfully delivered The Old Teachers College Armidale for Public Works in 8
weeks. This project is a stunning heritage site that required a high level of care and included heavy
construction including structural triple brick wall demolition, removal of floors to install acro props
and installation of structural steel. Plasterboard finishes to maintain the heritage look and feel of
the building were produced and installed.
A number of client derived variations were requested which were delivered with zero impact to original programme handover dates. CIP completed this utilising additional labour and longer hours.
