THE OAKS HOTEL

CIP successfully completed room refurbishments for The Oaks Hotel at Pyrmont. 112 rooms were successfully refurbished and handed over according to the agreed programme which maintained the hotel as a live environment. 5-6 rooms were completed on a weekly basis and handed over for immediate use while keeping noisy works to a minimum for hotel guests.

The works included studios with kitchenette as well as 1, 2 bedroom apartments with full kitchens including joinery, splash backs, supply & install of whitegoods, vinyl and carpet flooring, patch and paint works, bathroom upgrades etc.
