This regional strip out and refit took place over 4 weeks instead of the proposed 6 week programme and included work over public holidays. Some local trades were engaged as well as key trades who travelled from Sydney. Notable features of the project include the stunning breakout area and feature plasterboard bulkhead throughout the centre of the tenancy.
