This project included extensive demolition works of structural walls that required steel beams and posts to ensure no deflection in the slab above. Scope of works were inclusive to new ceilings and floor coverings throughout, work stations, loose furniture, feature joinery, a fully functioning breakout area, meeting rooms and quiet rooms.
